We are the official online store for Parfums de Marly. We guarantee the authenticity of our products. Additionally, we offer free shipping in the EU countries, Switzerland, US, and Canada, and all orders come with two complimentary samples.

The only way we can guarantee you have an authentic Parfums de Marly product is, if the product has been purchased on our official website, in one of our boutiques, or in one of our authorized retailers.

The best place to store your fragrance should be in a dark and cool space with stable temperature. Light and high temperatures should be avoided.

The shelf life begins with the first spray. Once the scent has been introduced to air, allowing for 3 years shelf life if it is stored properly.

There is no “strict” expiration date for perfume unlike cosmetic products, but an optimal date of use. The advice period is 36 months; however, this depends on the storage conditions which should be without light, no humidity, and no warm temperature.

 

PRODUCTS

All our fragrances are made in France.

We are cruelty free. All our products are made in France according to European regulations.

There is no animal substance in our fragrances. Musk and ambergris which can be used are synthetic.

No, some of the ingredients used are synthetic.

All Parfums de Marly fragrances are subjected to toxicological and allergy testing and are all produced in compliance with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) regulations. However, for more specific information we recommend contacting our Customer service.

18 rue Marbeuf in Paris was our old address. Our new address is 4 rue de la Paix, Paris.

DELIVERY

From parfums-de-marly.com website, we deliver to the following countries:

France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Vatican, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Norway and Switzerland.

No, our prices are VAT inclusive without customs duties.

The different methods of payment accepted are PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and American Express. Payment is made via recognized payment operators, PayPal, and Stripe.

Once your parcel has been shipped, an email is sent to the email address provided with all the tracking information.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we have received your order and payment.

Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.

We offer fee shipping via DHL. The approx. delivery timing is between 3 to 5 days.

 

RETURN

We can only accept return of Parfums de Marly products purchased at our official website. In order to return a product, you will need to send an email to customerservice@pmarly.com indicating your willingness to return the item within 14 days from the date of the delivery. For us to accept the product, it must remain unopened in its original packaging.

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and proceed with reimbursement within the next 14 days if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

The return shipping costs which will be at the expense of the customer.

This clause does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty products. Return of faulty products will be under the responsibility of Parfums de Marly.

In all circumstances, please ensure you return your items in their orignal packaging where possible and ensure that the parcel is sealed and appropriately packed.

Please note that the discovery sets cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to exchange an item for another reference, we kindly invite you to place a new order and return the original product back to us following the return process.

Please note that you cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.
